One of the most important things to keep in mind when starting a “weight loss program” is that your true goal is to lose fat rather than just any old kind of weight.  Look for programs than emphasize fat loss.  Otherwise, diets structured in another way can result in a large amount of water and muscle loss.  This is not the result you are looking for and could end up hurting you in the long run.

Results will come when following a sound program.  Be patient and follow your chosen program closely and you’ll be a success before you know it!
